Organize your Mailbox
You can create both simple and complex (nested) email folder structures, organizing your email space just the way you like. For better visual distinguishability, you can also assign each mailbox its appropriate icon and color.
How can I sort email folders?
Yes, you can choose from three sorting modes:
- Server sorting - sorts email folders in the order they are returned by the mail server
- A-Z - sorts email folders in an alphabetical order
- Custom - lets you create your own sorting order
What attributes can an email folder have?
Each mailbox can have its own:
- Name
- Color
- Icon
- Parent folder
- Purge threshold
Is nesting of email folders supported?
Yes. You have full control over the folder hierarchy, and you can create both simple and complex folder structures.
Can I quickly filter email folders by name?
Yes. Click on the "Filter Folders" icon and enter your search query.
How many custom email folders can I have?
There is no limitation on the number of email folders you can have/create. CrossBox can handle mailboxes with thousands of email folders and complex nesting structures without a problem.
