Auto-purge Old Emails
The auto-sweep feature lets you configure CrossBox to automatically delete older email messages after a certain period of time. Freeing up precious disk space used by trash, spam, or some other folder has never been easier.
Where do I configure the auto-purge feature?
Go to Settings -> Mail -> Folders and select a mail folder from the list. The mail folder configuration dialog will pop up. Under "Purge messages older than" choose the time period after which you want the emails within this folder to be automatically deleted. Click the "UPDATE" button and that's it.
Which mail folders can be auto-purged?
Any mail folder can be configured to be auto-purged.
Is the purging process automated?
Yes, the purging process is fully automated and executed on the server once a day.
