Team Folder
Have files that you want to share with the entire team/company? Just drop them to the "Company" folder — a shared place for files that can be seen by everyone in the team.
What is a "Team Folder"
Also called a "Company" folder is a place where each user under the same @domain.com can upload and view/download files. Often used to make regularly accessed company files available to all employees.
How can I track changes to files in the Team Folder?
Each file has an "Activity Log" where the backlog of all changes is available.
Is the company's disk quota separate from mine?
Yes. The company's folder has a different quota (that of the central account). Team members' personal disk quotas are not affected by files that are uploaded here.
